| Video is available in virtually any format and delivered via FTP, hard drive, etc. TC burns are free. PAYMENT BY CERTIFIED CHECK or WIRE TRANSFER ONLY. |

| Footage/Clips will be delivered only upon full payment of license fee AND execution of the license agreement. The licensee will be invoiced for the total amount of footage ordered, regardless of the amount of video actually incorporated into the final project. |

| Footage furnished by Nautilus Productions is non-exclusive & is authorized for use in the production specified on the licensee’s invoice and our license agreement and for that one production only. Footage may NOT be distributed to other parties, re-used, duplicated, re-licensed or re-cut into any other production. Footage rights are worldwide, all media, for 10 years from the date of full execution of license agreement, for the project, unless otherwise noted. |

| When applicable, credit for stock footage supplied by Nautilus Productions will be given and a copy of the finished project is requested. All footage is copyrighted material subject to the exclusive ownership rights of Rick Allen and Nautilus Productions LLC. Nautilus Productions reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Footage and images are registered under multiple US copyrights.This agreement does not include the use of footage without prior written consent from Nautilus Productions LLC in connection with: (1) the development of any software program, including, but not limited to, training a machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) system; or (2) providing archived or cached data sets containing footage to another person or entity. |
